ABOUT US

Voice capsule was founded on May 2013 by Alex when he just joined a leadership institute as a trainer. He realized the need to setup a social media platform to capture all his work for future entrepreneur journey.  He is a strong believer in life long learning and skill upgrading.

During his stint with the leadership institute, he was trained to run student camps, conduct team building programme for corporate, soft skills training for public & private sector. He also organize monthly induction programme for both community leaders and company new hirer.

​

Alex had vast working experience in the public service for more than a decade in social service and community work. With a passion in helping the community, he continue to hone his interpersonal skills through knowledge and skills upgrading through various certification and programme.

​

Alex further his skill in business development with Singapore Workforce Agency working with employers from different industries to upskill their employees and secure job vacancies to match with job talents. 

​

Alex has been ACTA certified by IAL, he has achieved many certifications in training, facilitation and experiential learning. He has attended a EQ practitioner programme by international renown 6 Seconds.

 

Alex is currently also a sales director with one of Singapore biggest real estate agency dealing with  property transaction.
